This website is run by Tosha Beach Resort ("Tosha Beach", "we", "us"), RW78+6H2, Chandigarh–Kalka Road, Tagra Hakimpur, Haryana 133302. Phone / WhatsApp: +91 9876424640. By using this website or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Sending an enquiry on the website or on WhatsApp does not book a date. A hall or lawn date is booked only when we confirm it in writing (WhatsApp or email) and the agreed advance is received.

Prices shown or quoted are in Indian Rupees and may change until confirmed in writing. Applicable taxes (GST) are extra unless stated otherwise.

Capacities (10,000 sq ft hall, lawn for up to 1,500 guests, parking for 100+ cars) are approximate and depend on your layout, decoration and local rules.

You and your vendors (caterer, decorator, DJ) must follow our safety rules, fire-safety rules and local noise rules (loudspeakers normally stop by 10 pm as per law). Open fire, fireworks and crackers are allowed only in areas we mark and after our written permission.

You are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture or fittings caused by you, your guests or your vendors. A refundable security deposit may be taken.

Room bookings are made on the Rooms page by paying through UPI and uploading the payment screenshot. A booking is on hold until we verify the payment and confirm it on WhatsApp, normally within a few hours. If we cannot confirm (for example the room is not ready or the date is unavailable), we refund the full amount.

Check-in 12 pm, check-out 11 am. A government photo ID (Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Passport) is required for every adult guest at check-in. Maximum 4 guests per room. Smoking inside rooms is not allowed.

A car-spot booking holds one spot for one car on the chosen show date. The entry charge shown on the Cinema page is per car and is paid at the gate unless we tell you otherwise. Shows are in the evening on Saturdays and Sundays; timings and movie line-up can change due to weather, power supply, technical issues or content availability. If a show is cancelled by us, any amount paid is fully refunded.

Sound is provided through car FM or Bluetooth. Please keep headlights off during the show, keep the volume at a reasonable level, follow staff directions and park only where directed. Alcohol is not allowed. Driving under the influence is strictly prohibited. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Food may be ordered from delivery apps (Swiggy, Zomato) or brought from outside; we are not responsible for the quality or timing of third-party deliveries.

We accept UPI, bank transfer and cash. UPI payments must be made only to the UPI ID shown on our website or shared by us on our official WhatsApp number +91 9876424640. We never ask for OTPs or card details.

Please treat the property, our staff and other guests with respect. We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave, without refund, for unsafe, abusive, illegal or disruptive behaviour.

We take reasonable care of guests and vehicles, but vehicles and belongings are parked and kept at your own risk. To the extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. We are not liable for delays or cancellation caused by events beyond our control (weather, power failure, government orders, strikes, etc.).

Photos on this website show our property and set-ups; some photos are illustrations of planned facilities (for example the food court). Content on this website belongs to Tosha Beach and may not be copied without permission. Movie titles mentioned belong to their respective owners.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Panchkula, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction. We will always try to settle any issue amicably first — please call or WhatsApp us.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
