When you send an enquiry or make a booking we collect: your name, mobile number, event or stay dates, number of guests, your message, and for room bookings the UPI payment screenshot you upload. We do not collect card numbers, bank passwords or OTPs.
Our website does not use advertising cookies or trackers. The website may record basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs for security.
To reply to your enquiry, check dates, confirm and manage your booking, verify payments, and contact you about your booking on phone or WhatsApp. We may send a short reminder about your booked show or stay. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Only the owners and staff of Tosha Beach who handle bookings. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website (hosting and email), with delivery or vendor partners only when you ask us to, or when required by law.
Enquiry and booking records, including payment screenshots, are kept for up to 3 years for accounts, tax and dispute purposes, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data earlier (see section 6).
Data is stored on secure servers with password-protected access. Payment screenshots are stored privately and can be viewed only by logged-in staff. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, you can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent. Write to us on WhatsApp at +91 9876424640. We will respond within 30 days.
Bookings must be made by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
