Three ways to earn with Tosha Beach

1. Refer and earn
Bring a wedding or event to Tosha Beach and earn 10% of the venue rental.
- You send us the client, or the client tells us your name — both count.
- Commission is 10% of the final venue rental (hall / lawn). No cap.
- Paid to your bank or UPI within 7 days after the event.
- Track every referral and payout on WhatsApp — full transparency.
2. White-label the venue
Sell Tosha Beach as part of your own package, under your brand.
- You price the package. We give you a fixed partner rate for the venue.
- Your banner at the gate and your team on the floor. We stay in the background.
- Use our photos, videos and the virtual walk in your proposals.
- Non-exclusive — you can keep working with other venues too.
3. Set up permanently with us
Run your catering kitchen, tent store, decor warehouse or stage set-up on our property.
- Monthly rent or revenue share — whichever suits your business.
- You get first right to serve every event booked at Tosha Beach.
- Space for vehicles, storage and a small office. Power and water inside.
- Food court shops and a permanent mandap / stage set-up are also open for partners.

Partner questions
How much is the referral commission?+
10% of the final venue rental for the hall and/or lawn. It does not include catering, decor or other vendor bills — those are your own business.
When and how am I paid?+
Within 7 days after the event date, to your bank account or UPI, with a GST invoice from your side if you are registered.
Do I have to work only with Tosha Beach?+
No. The partnership is non-exclusive. You can continue to work with any other venue.
Who deals with the client?+
Your choice. In referral mode we talk to the client directly and keep you informed. In white-label mode you handle the client and we deal only with you.
Can I bring my own caterer, decorator or DJ?+
Yes. There is no compulsory vendor list. We only provide the space, parking, power and water.
Can I set up a permanent kitchen, tent store or stage on the property?+
Yes. We have space for permanent set-ups on monthly rent or revenue share. Tell us what you need in the form and we will plan a visit.
